We Vibin’
Overview
Goal
We Vibin’ started as a three-person call just to get each other caught up on the new ways of working with AI. Good Claude Skills, starter prompts, and reusable assets for designers were scattered across internal hubs and Teams chats — with no fun way to actually explore them. We wanted a home for tools worth using, presented in a way designers would genuinely want to dig into, not a link dump.
Solution
A Next.js catalog with an admin CMS behind it, built with a small crew who treat it like a real product: David Sa leading architecture, Juan Lozano as GCD, Dana Lee on visual design, and Olivia Tucker leading UX, with me designing and building alongside them. Teammates submit a tool, we review and publish it, and the catalog surfaces the result with the same craft we’d put into client work — because if the presentation isn’t enjoyable, nobody sticks around to find the good stuff.

Impact
What started as a three-person catch-up call is now a firm-sponsored initiative open to 300 practitioners. We still meet weekly to walk through what we’re building, breaking, and figuring out with the new tools — turning that into a standing space where people can watch new workflows take shape, ask questions, and pick up techniques faster than they would on their own. The submission queue keeps the catalog growing well beyond what the five of us add ourselves.
