Overview
Critical Mass takes pride in the people we hire, but we found we could do more to showcase our cool, interesting, quirky, fun, *inspired* employees (CMMERS).
I created an ‘Inspired By’ platform that features our people—a site that excites the agency and prospective talent.

What inspires our CMMER
The second panel uses featured photography to highlight the ‘Inspired By’ line. Meanwhile, an interview format allows CMMERs to explain their passion in their own words.
Q+A
This panel showcases additional interview questions and answers. The Q+A is supported with CM’s illustration library.
We’d ask questions like:
What tech or trends are you into right now?
What would coworkers be surprised to know about you?
How do you recharge and prevent burnout?

This panel showcases an interesting quote from the CMMER’s interview and more selects from their photoshoot.
Broadening
our reach
Sharing our CMMER’s stories could attract new talent. We could use this page to drive traffic to our Job Openings page.
Each feature would be as unique as the CMMER.
Marketing opportunities
We could leverage the series on LinkedIn to attract new talent. A module could live on CM’s home page to drive visitors to our ‘Inspired By’ series.
Steps forward
Here’s how we’ve already started showcasing our talent in the Chicago office. Photoshoots and interviews for two CMMERs have already been taken. Their pages are currently in development!
We have also printed postcards that showcase our CMMER’s talent through an inspirational keepsake.
